Since 2006 Careers Wales has developed and used a web portal offering interactive career counselling over the internet with thousands of active users. This portal has been enthusiastically received by users and has received excellent reviews from independent evaluators.
The CCW project has taken this Welsh web portal and adapted it to Slovenia and Sweden. The adaptation drew on the Welsh experience and was also guided by needs analysis and usability studies in the two countries. This has resulted in two new web portals, ready to be used by job seekers, students, employees, career counsellors as well as employers. The project ran from November 2008 to November 2010.
