Kadis d.o.o. provides wide range of training and
other human
resource services. We provide services for
organizations: recruitment, training of employees (in
both ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ skills), career development,
human resource development, implementation of labour law
proceedings, etc. On the other hand, we have different
services for individuals, such as training or career
counselling. Quality and effectiveness is our high
priority and this can be seen (among others) in the
results of ICTEM project, which was nominated for Top 50
Leonardo da Vinci projects. Our counsellors (some
psychologists) and other staff have broad range of
experience and expertise in identification of
individuals’ potentials and barriers, communication and
group dynamics. We are continuously searching for
methods to increase effectiveness of training and
employment programmes.
