The websites also have tutorials on the use of the system, downloadable handbooks and a chat function. Users have access to a range of tools under the headings ‘Who am I’, ‘Develop myself’, ‘Look for job’ and ‘My documents’. Using these tools can help them to prepare for a meeting with a career counsellor, an employer or to develop their own career plans. It can also be used by employees themselves or HR staff planning for a company’s in service training.
